Manufacturing and Print

All Tusch Berlin products are handmade; The motif is printed directly on the wood. Grain, small flaws as well as irregularities of the wood appear through and make the surface unique and lively. Irregularities in the wood are not subject to complaints. Please do note that slight colour variations of the patterns may be possible, compared against the visuals on our website.

All Tusch Berlin products are surface treated with a hard oil. The surface is thus protected and, like any oiled furniture, can be used normally. However, an oiled surface should be regularly maintained with special furniture oil to preserve and protect the surface.

 

Shipment

We strive to process and deliver your order within 3 to 4 weeks. If you would like to receive your order before, please send an email to tusch@posteo.de to arrange a possible forwarding of the delivery.

Tusch products can be shipped within Germany and Europe. In exceptional cases, we can also deliver our products to worldwide destinations. For further information please send an e-mail to tusch@posteo.de

We are not responsible for any additional charges such as special import taxes of some countries. These costs will be charged additionally according to the regulations of the respective country.

Our products are usually shipped with Cargo International, including shipment tracking and insurance. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

 

Exchange and refund

If you are not completely satisfied with our product, we will offer you an exchange or a refund.

In this case please send an email to tusch@posteo.de for further information and agreements. Please quote the article description, your first and last name, the delivery address and the exact reason for your return.

In order to receive an exchange or a refund, the product must reach us within 14 days after delivery (within 21 days for international orders), unless we have made other arrangements.

Please note that our products must be unused and in their original condition upon return.

After receipt of the product, we will arrange the exchange or a refund, but without the original shipping costs.

Please note that the product is your full responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you return the product by registered and/or by tracked consignment and insure the delivery with the full purchase price.

The buyer bears the costs for the return. Shipping costs can only be refunded if the purchased product is faulty and a reimbursement has been explicitly agreed.

Payment

Tusch Berlin accepts payments via credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express – via bank transfer (advance payment) or via PayPal. It is possible that PayPal may charge an additional transaction fee.
